My dream pet is baby a monkey. If I had a pet monkey I would have named it Bongo. I would dress him up in boy clothes and make him wear blue pinafores. I would take him on bike rides in a basket. I would take him on family walks and car rides too. I would let him play in the back yard with a ball. I would play hide and seek and play tag with Bongo as well. I would take the responsibility of feeding him and showering and bathing Bongo. Bongo would sleep in my room or in my brother's bedroom. Bongo would love to eat bananas and other fruits. He would have dinner with my family. Bongo would love to have sleep overs with my cousins. Bongo would go to my grand parents house to visit them with me and my mum. Bongo would have a play room with lots of toys and lots of hanging ropes to play with. Bongo would have to wear nappies and have milk bottles until he is trained to eat food.
I am a Year 7 student in the Uru Mānuka Cluster. This is a place where I will share my learning. Please note that some of it will not be complete, it will be my first drafts. Remember to be positive, thoughtful and helpful when you leave me a comment.

new skills learned during lockdown
My name is Risha. Lock down turned me into a baker. I baked same cup-cakes,bread,cookies, scones and pizza. My mum helped in my baking, she gave me the receipes and ideas how to bake and cook. Dad helped me buy all the baking and cooking ingredients. My brother (Ansh) helped in cleaning. It was a good fun. I really enjoyed baking with my family during lockdown and I hope you all are staying in your bubble and please take care and stay safe. Thanks Risha.

The amazing ship voyaged majestically over the water until the foolish caption steered into the enormous ripple got everyone saturated.

You should go to Sydney. My persuasive writing.
- It is hot not rainy.
- Because there are a lot of different fruits.
- You can adventure around.
- There is heaps of stuff there to see.
- Like you can go in the Opera House.
- You can go to the markets.
- can see Kangaroos but don't go close.

last week's writing
last week we had a test and in that test there was a writing test we did it we had to make sure we had the full stops the question mark apostrophe and all the the others and our story was a about 2 dogs playing at a beach. and we had to describe what dose the picture look like .
The dogs at the beach
I can see two dogs playing at the beach. I can feel the nice windy day. The watercolour is a light blue colour. I can see a wave coming. The dogs are splashing. The dog is black, the other dog is brown and white. Where the black dog is standing there is greyish black sand. I hear the dogs splashing around. They are playing at the beach to get their energy out so they can go to bed. The dogs are having a great time at the beach. On a Saturday afternoon two dogs were playing at the beach.Suddenly there was a loud noise. The dogs turned around, they saw a kid screaming furiously. Frightened, the two dogs sprinted behind a bush. Their owners came up to the dogs
and gave them a hug.
